The National Service Environment for Medical Quality Registers is a separate section in SKDE that helps ensure the operation and effective use of national medical quality registers. The service environment is an operational competence environment based in SKDE, with regional units in all the regional health enterprises. The regional units have specific responsibility for the quality registers assigned to their regional health enterprise.
