The number of participants has steadily increased since the conference was first held in 2008.
Looking back to 2008, the National Health Plan 2007-2010 aimed to establish good national quality registers for important areas of expertise.
The Quality Register Conference 2008 aimed to demonstrate that the systematic use of good quality registers provides a unique opportunity for longitudinal evaluation of patient treatment, which in turn lays the foundation for knowledge- and patient-focused management of healthcare services.
In 2010, "Safeguarding privacy and data quality" was the main theme of the conference.
